Let’s start with the big toe. The outer edge of the big toe is a reflex for sinus and nose. Hold the big toe with the thumb on the outside and index finger on the inside. Glide your hooked thumb down the sinus and nose three times. The inner corner of the big toe is the reflex for temple on the side of the forehead. Switch your hands and hold the big toe with thumb on the inside and index finger on the outside. Press the temple three times.

Separate the area below the big toe nail into three sections. The first area that’s closest to the big toenail is the reflex for the upper jaw and teeth. The middle section is the lower jaw and teeth. And the bottom section is the neck, throat and thyroid gland. Work on each section with tiny thumb slides. Repeat three times on each section. Upper jaw and teeth. Lower jaw and teeth. Neck, throat and thyroid.

The other toes have the same reflexes as on the other side: Brain on the top of each foot, sinus under the brain on each foot, and eye on the second and third toe and ear on the fourth and fifth toe. Roll the eye reflex at the base of the second toe three times between the thumb and index finger. Move up and roll the sinus reflex three times between the toe joints. Finally squeeze the entire toe and slide from the base to the nailbed and roll the brain reflex three times between the thumb and the side of the index finger. Repeat on the third toe. Roll the eye reflex three times. Roll the sinus reflex three times. Squeeze and slide to the nailbed and roll the brain.

Repeat on the fourth and fifth toe. Roll the ear reflex at the base three times. Roll the sinus three times. Squeeze, slide and roll the brain three times. Finally on the pinky toe. Roll the ear, roll the sinus, squeeze, slide and roll the brain.

Let’s repeat on the left foot. Glide your hooked thumb down the sinus and nose three times. Switch your hands and press the temple three times.

Thumb slide the upper jaw and teeth three times. Thumb slide the lower jaw and teeth three times. And thumb slide the neck, throat and thyroid gland three times.

Roll the eye and sinus on the second toe. Squeeze, slide and roll the brain. Again roll the eye and sinus on the third toe. Squeeze, slide and roll the brain. Roll the ear and sinus on the fourth toe. Squeeze, slide and roll the brain. And roll the ear and sinus on the pinky toe. Squeeze, slide and roll the brain.

12. Top of the Foot – Toes
