The top half of the top of the foot is between the toes and the waistline. Below the toes are the reflex for the top of the shoulder. Thumb walk the top of the shoulder three times. The area below the pinky toe is shoulder and arm reflex. Knead this area with thumb and the side of your index finger three times.

When you follow the valley between the toes the valley stops. The area between the top of the shoulder and where the valleys stop is the reflex for chest, breast and upper back between the shoulder blades. Walk closed fingers sideways three times. Glide your fingertips between the toe bones three times. Then use hooked thumbs right and left to trench each valley between the toe bones. Repeat three times.

Let’s repeat on the left foot. Knead the shoulder and arm three times. Thumb walk the top of the shoulder three times. Walk closed fingertips on chest, breast and upper back area three times. Glide your fingertips between the toe bones three times. Trench the valley with hooked thumbs one by one. Repeat three times.
