The area between the waistline and ankle is lower back reflex. Closed finger walk to cover this area three times. Then slide the hooked thumbs towards the ankle several times to cover the area. Repeat three times.

Right around the ankle crease is the reflex for the lymphatic system in the groin area and also the duct in the reproductive organ: fallopian tube for women and vas deferens for men. Double thumb slide from one side to the other and come back. Repeat three times. Slide your thumbs from one side to the other. Make three trips each.

Let’s repeat on the left foot. Closed finger walk the lower back area three times. Then slide the hooked thumbs towards the ankle several times to cover the area. Repeat three times. Double thumb slide the lymphatic and duct of the reproductive organ from one side to the other and come back three times. Slide your thumbs from one side to the other three times.
