This is the flow of Sokuatsu for the lower body:

We’ll massage the sole of the foot which is the farthest from the heart. This will help circulate the blood and move the lymph to the tip of the toes. This will lessen any pain from the massage.
Next, we’ll massage the glutes. This part is very effective for a person with lower back pain.
Then we massage the back of the thigh (hamstrings). By pressing and releasing the top of the foot, it improves the blood and lymph flow. Then we massage the back of the thigh like we envelop it with the entire foot.
Next we massage the calf muscles. Using the arch, we massage the calf muscles by lightly enveloping it. It’s very effective with someone with a standing job.
In the end we’ll go back to the sole of the foot. We will massage it a little harder than the beginning. Firmly press to the tip of the toe.

We will do one side at a time. The entire procedure takes about 10 minutes.
