Elbow Lift

Stand behind the receiver. Support the receiver’s back with your knee if necessary. Have the receiver touch the back of the head with one hand. Gently pull the receivers elbow towards you. Hold the receiver's elbow with one hand knead the receiver’s upper arm on three locations by squeezing with your palm. Go up and down three times. Keep your thumb closed and squeeze with the entire palm. Then stroke the upper arm down ward with your palm or between the thumb and index finger. Use lotion or oil if necessary to avoid burning the skin. Repeat on the other side.

Sponge Arm

Sponge arm does exactly what its name implies. Make certain your partner's arm is relaxed. Sit next to them and squeeze their arm with your palms just like you would squeeze a sponge. Make three trips up and down there arm. If you do this in a sitting position rest their elbow on the cushion or armrest. This will make it easier for your partner to relax their arm. Repeat on the other arm.

Crack the Nut - Arm

Sit next to your partner. Before you begin make sure that their arm is relaxed. Weave your fingers with your palms facing away from you. Using the base of your palms squeeze your partner's upper arm. Move up and down the upper arm. Remembered to squeeze using your entire arm for strength. Weave your fingers tighter when you want to squeeze a narrower the area. Loosen your fingers when you want to squeeze a wider area. Make three trips. Rpeat on the other arm.
