Crack the Nut - Thigh

Sit by the receiver’s leg bent at the knee. Secure the leg with your knees or by sitting on the foot. Weave your fingers with the palms facing you. Squeeze and circle three locations on the thigh with the base of your palm. Rock your body forward as you put pressure during the first half of the circle. Then let go of the pressure as you come back the second half of the circle. Go up and down the thigh three times. Weave your fingers tighter to squeeze narrower area or if the receiver’s thigh is small. Weave have your fingers looser to squeeze wider area or if the receiver’s thigh is large. Repeat on the other leg.

Crack the Nut - Calf

Have the receiver bend one knee and secure it by sitting on the foot. Weave the fingers with the palms facing you. Pick three locations on the calf and squeeze each spot three times in a circular motion. Rock your body forward as you put pressure doing the first half of the circle. Then let go of the pressure as you come back the second half of the circle make three trips up and down the calf weave your fingers tighter. To squeeze narrower area, weave your fingers looser to squeeze wider area. Repeat on the other leg.

Crack the Nut – Calf (Face Down)

Sit next to the receiver lying face down. Bend the receivers leg from the knee and put the food on your shoulder. Weave your fingers and squeeze circle with the base of the palms on three the locations on the calf muscle. Make three trips as you go up and down. Start gently as some people have very tight and sensitive calf muscles. Weave your fingers tighter for a narrower target. Weave your fingers looser for a wider target. If the receiver wants more pressure rock your body to add pressure and squeeze harder from the elbows. Repeat on the other side.
