Fist Glide Sole (Face Down)

Sit by the receiver’s foot in angle. Hold the heel with one hand. Make a fist with the other hand and glide down the sole from the heel to the ball of foot. You can also make circles around the arch.

Crack the Nut – Heel

Weave your finger and squeeze the sides of the heel with the base of the palm. Go up and down on the sides of the heel. This is the classic Crack the Nut technique that you must be familiar with by now. Make a fist and press all over the heel.

Press Toes

Pick up the foot for easier access. Starting from the big toe press each toe’s root and the tip. In reflexology the root of the big toe is the neck. The center of the big toe is the brain. The root of the second and third toes are eyes. The root of the fourth and fifth toes are ears. And the tip of the toes are sinuses.

Step on Foot

Have the partner lie on the floor face down. The feet should naturally turn inward step on the arch and the toes of your partner’s foot with the arch of your foot. Your partner’s ankles can be very tight. And it’s very easy to apply your entire weight. Start lightly and gradually increase the pressure by using your weight. If and only if the partner wants more pressure use your heel to press.
