Circle Skull Base

Stand behind your partner. Locate the base of the skull between their ears hook your thumbs and make small circles on the base of their skull. Firmly hold the head with the other fingers and move your entire hands instead of just your thumbs. Repeat on several spots. Your neck muscles attach to the base of your skull and massaging this area helps to relieve the tension in the neck. Make sure your thumbs are hooked to protect your thumbs from getting hurt. If you have long fingernails are hurting your partner skip this technique. There is a soft spot directly behind your ear lobe. Make sure you do not press this spot. Remain on the skull bone. Make three trips as you move from the center to the sides.

Crack The Nut - Neck

Stand behind the receiver in gently push the receivers head forward. Weave your fingers with the palms facing away. Squeeze the receivers neck with the base of the palms as you go up and down the neck. Start with three locations on the neck. Then divide into more locations as you spend more time on the neck. Use the entire arm to squeeze. Stay behind the ears to avoid pulling the skin around the throat which can cause a choking feeling. Keep your back straight. Do not bend you back because you will hurt your back. Use wider stance or bend your knees to adjust the height.

Weave your fingers looser to cover wider area. Weave your fingers tighter to focus on the area closer to the spine. Rock your body and squeeze the arms in hands harder for more pressure.

Ice Pick Neck

Stand behind the receiver in gently push the receivers head forward. Weave your fingers except your thumbs with the palms facing away. Squeeze the neck with your thumbs as you go up and down the neck. Used to elbows to squeeze. Weave your fingers looser. To press the area further from the spine. Weave your fingers tighter to press the area closer to the spine. Stay behind the ears keep your back straight. Do not bend your back because you will hurt your back. Use wider stance or bend your knees to adjust the height. For more pressure, rock your body and lean in as you squeeze your thumbs.
