We will massage the thighs and calves with big area using the entire surface of your foot.

First, thigh down to the knee. Overlap the area of treatment so cover the entire thigh. Caution: NEVER step on the back of the knee. There are clusters of lymph nodes and it’s a sensitive area.

Use the same movement by lowering the toes then heel and lifting the heel then toes as you cover the thigh.

Next, use the arch of your foot to gently press the calf like you are enveloping it.

Move over half a step towards the receiver’s foot and start working on the calf. This is a wonderful treatment for someone with a standing job but this is also a sensitive area. Make sure to check in with the receiver if the pressure is not hurting them.

Repeat on the other side.
