In this course, I will share what I’ve been learning and doing since I turned 50. I have the long routines and the short ones that you can pick and choose depending on your needs.

I will show several massages and face yoga exercises that I do. Some faces I don’t want to show in puclic but I will show here. You can practice by itself or incorporate into your long routine. In general, I don’t spend a chunk of time but whenever I have free hands like when I’m watching TV I am often doing something to my face or decollete area these days.

Use this course as a reference guide for facial massages and exercises for different purposes to incorporate into your daily routine as needed.

Some may take a while to see the results while others may see the results right away. But trust that giving Omoiyari Touch to your face little bit every day will make a big difference in a long run. Goal is to make 1% better every day.

Face consists of facial muscles. In general, massaging and exercising the facial muscles will:

1. Prevent them from getting tight and rigid which would cause the sagging effects (massage)

2. Add tonality where needed which would otherwise cause sagging effects from being too loose (exercise)

3. Improve circulation which will deliver nutrients to facial skin and muslces therefore improving the tonality

4. Loosen the facial expressions and improve mobility so you can smile easier and bigger and brighter

5. Help you understand the structure and get to know your face

Please use your own judgement and stop practicing immediately if you feel that it is not doing any good to your face.
