Bear Walk

Do this on the hard surface straddle the receiver lying face down. Place the base of the palms on the lower back muscles next to the spine with the fingers pointing outward. Walk like a bear towards the shoulder. Do not press on the spine. Turn the hands around the shoulder blade. If there's not enough space for the whole hand. Used the side of the pinky towards the shoulder blade. Press the shoulder base with your palms. Come back to the lower back. Relax your hands and rock your body side to side to use your body weight. For more pressure, slow down, use your fists or stand up to use your body weight more. Make three trips.

Palm Circle Butt

Straddled the receiver lying face down. Use the palm to press and circle. All over the buttocks one side at a time. Use the base of the palm and use your body weight for more pressure. Pay special attention to the area just under the hip bone. Especially if the receiver has lower back issues. This area is often neglected and it is tight and sensitive. Start with light pressure and gradually increase the pressure only if the receiver wants more pressure. Make small circles and big circles.
