Stretch Forehead

Begin with your receiver lying face up. Gently stretch the forehead with your thumbs from the centers to the sides. Repeat several times in different locations between the hairline and eyebrows. Used two or three fingers so you can cover a wider area. Use a zigzag motion from one side to the other. Finish with stretching strokes. Do this sequence for thirty seconds.

Circle Forehead and Temple

Sit by your receiver’s head and gently circle the forehead from the center to the sides. Repeat several times between the hairline and eyebrows. You can make small circles or large circles. Now ask the receiver clench their jaw. This will help you locate both temples. Gently circle both temples. Urge to receiver relax the jaw while you make circles. Do this sequence for thirty seconds. Sit by your partner's head. Using your fingertips softly circle around your partner's eyes. Repeat this three times. Now gently press the edge of the eye sockets. Be Careful not to poke your partner in the eyes. Use your thumbs to crisscross the third eye between the eyebrows three times. Finish up with a light stretching stroke. Moving from just above the eyebrows then out to the temples.

Circle Jaw

Sit by your partner's head. Ask them to clench their jaw so you can locate their jaw muscles. Now ask them to relax their jaw. Using your flat finger tips circle the jaw muscles and the surrounding areas on both sides of the face thirty times. If the jaw muscles are especially tight, curl your fingers and use the tip of your fingers to circle.

Sit by the receiver's head. Using your thumb and the side of your index finger. Gently neat the receivers chin from one side to the other. Alternate between your left and right hand. Make three round trips. Finish with the light sliding stroke on the side of the face starting from the chin and moving up.
